I am new to the tribe. This is really wonderful. Thanks all for participating in this community.
I am trying to incorporate propane flame effects into some of my artwork, and I live in Providence RI (a little far from San Francisco, where it seems to be easier to find fire arts classes and such). Does anyone know of any collectives or organizations in this area that do pyro/flame effect workshops? Or is there anyone individually who is around and could offer some help? I am very dedicated to learning to do this right- I want to make inspiring and spectacular art, and I want to do it very safely. It seems like this community is dedicated to specific questions, wheras I am a complete novice. Any advice on where to start for live, in-person instruction would be deeply appreciated. Much love.
